After your order has been dispatched, you will receive a WhatsApp message along with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery status.

Please ensure that all shipping details provided at checkout are accurate. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address information or unforeseen courier issues.

Returns Policy

Returns are accepted within 4 to 5 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, we will accept the return and cover the return shipping costs.

If you wish to exchange an item due to a size change, we do offer size exchanges. However, in such cases, the customer must bear the delivery charges for both sides (return and new delivery).

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service with your order details. Once we receive the returned item, please allow 3 to 5 business days for inspection and processing. Refunds or exchanges will be issued accordingly.

We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet the above conditions.
