Return Policy

We accept returns only in the following case:
✅ If you receive the wrong product that does not match your order details.

🔹 Conditions for Return:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
• The return request must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.
• Customers must provide proof (such as images) to verify the incorrect product before approval.
• Once approved, we will arrange the return process.

🚫 No Size Exchange:
We do not offer size exchanges, so please check our size guide carefully before placing an order.

Refund Policy

✅ Order Not Received:
If you have already paid for your order and do not receive the parcel, we will provide a full refund.

🔹 Refund Process:

• Refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 working days after verification.
• Refunds will be made via the original payment method or another agreed-upon method.

🚫 No Refunds for Other Reasons:
We do not offer refunds or returns for customize items, change of mind, size selection errors, or any other reason except for the cases mentioned above.
